Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Barking
Hours: Monday To Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm. 2-week rolling shift pattern, including every other Sunday working
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support in assisting customers when handling and responding to enquiries, emails, and telephone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Managing product availability, co-ordinating with the warehouse for stock levels, ensuring accurate communication to customers
- Maintaining accurate customer records on databases and spread sheets including tracking preferences, order history, invoices and contact information.
- Generating sales reports, analysing sales data, and preparing sales forecasts to inform decision making.
- Providing day to day general administrative support to other departments within the operation. Including filing organising of documents.
Requirements:
- GCSEs including English and Mathematics with grade C or Level 4 or above in both.
- Experience in a Customer service setting.
- Experience using Microsoft office including excel and CRM systems.
- Previous or similar experience within an Office or similar environment.
- Previous experience data entry and reporting.
- Professional manner and good verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines.
