We're recruiting for a Co-ordinator to join a dynamic and purpose-driven team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and promoting career opportunities across the land-based and environmental sector. You'll be working on exciting projects, attending national events, and helping to ensure that careers information is accurate, inspiring, and accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update online careers content, ensuring accuracy and relevance
  • Be the first point of contact for careers-related enquiries, providing timely and helpful responses
  • Develop new careers resources, including written and visual case studies
  • Organise and attend national and regional careers events across the UK and Ireland
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, industry partners, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the UK to ensure consistent messaging and support

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident creating engaging content for a range of audiences
  • Knowledge of the education and training landscape (post-16, post-18, apprenticeships)
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital tools
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for helping others
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience with web editing or content creation
  • Background in careers advice, education, or the land-based sector
  • Experience working remotely or managing events
