CMS Recruitment are working with a well established print and packaging company that have been in the industry for over 40 years. They are currently looking to recruit for a permanent Gluer Operator / Print Finisher.
Role:
- This role is to run a high speed Iberca Optima die cutter
- Experience of operating the same or similar machine is essential
- You will be familiar with printing machinery
- B1 Sheet size
- Packaging and Conventional substrates
- Die cutting / embossing / debossing / perfing
- Quality checking / Attention to detail
Person:
- The salary is dependent on experience
- You must have experience of working shifts and both working as part of a team and alone
- A good work ethic, reliable, punctual and positive attitude
- Production experience in fast-paced environment (Packaging environment would be an advantage)
- Willing to learn new skills as the role develops
- Able to take direction/instructions from leaders
- Good attention to detail
