A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Senior Town Planner to join a well-established and renowned property consultancy in Birmingham.
My client is a renowned property consultancy whose Planning Consultancy is seeking to hire an ambitious and enthusiastic Town Planner to their Birmingham team.
The commercial planning consultancy team has an excellent track record in successfully promoting sites for development through both the development management process.
You will be working on a wide range of planning applications for large-scale commercial developments, residential developments, employment, retail, health care, leisure, and local authority community-related projects, as well as promoting sites through the Local Plan process.
Candidate Requirements:
- MRTPI Chartered Town Planner, or eligible for chartership.
- Extensive previous experience at Planner/Senior Planner level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
