Data Analyst - Digital & Creative Agencies

Our clients are a mix of creative, digital, & media agencies who are looking for data talent to transform raw data into actionable insights and aid business critical decision making.

  • Hybrid working- circa 3 days a week in a London office
  • Negotiable salary depending on level of experience

The role:

  • Link data and tech with creativity to provide statistics and data driven insights to their clients marketing & business challenges
  • Partner with the internal data teams (Data visualisation, Data science) to ensure you work together to solve all client data driven challenges
  • Develop and maintain data systems, preparing detailed reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing insights that drive business decisions and enhance client campaigns
  • Continuously seeking ways to improve data collection and analysis processes
  • Drive measurable results
  • Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to implement best practices.

The person:

  • Inquisitive with an analytical mindset
  • Ambitious and career driven
  • Previous experience working in a marketing or creative agency
  • Experience using data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R, along with experience in data visualisation software like Tableau or Power BI
  • A solid understanding of statistical methods and data modelling techniques
  • Ideally a degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics
  • Attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in customer journey analysis and planning
