We have an exceptional opportunity for a senior associate or legal director to join a top 50 firm in Birmingham City Centre. This practice are looking for an experienced legal professional to take on an active caseload and play a key role in the strategic growth of the already highly successful department.
My client are looking for an experienced, organised and ambitious legal professional who has leadership experience, or is ready to take the step into a leadership role to supervise junior solicitors, take an active role in relation to new business development efforts, and take on caseload consisting of:
- Settlement Agreements
- Redundancy Matters
- Restructuring advice
- Workforce organisation
- HR Training
- Employment contracts
The successful candidate will have at least 6 years PQE dealing with contentious and non-contentious ER matters. Willingness to work in a team, to assist and supervise more junior members of staff is essential.
Hybrid Working Available
Salary: £75000 - £85000 depending on experience
