My client is looking for an organised, friendly and ambitious individual to join the successful and rapidly growing team in West Birmingham to provide a high quality service and assist clients with a range of commercial property transactions including:
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial leases
- Commercial Acquisitions and Disposals
- Secured Lending
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years PQE handling commercial property transactional work. This is an opportunity to join a firm that values training and development very highly, so your own career development, as well as giving you the opportunity to assist in more junior staff's development, will be a high priority.
