PART TIME - Office Assistant (Administration)

  • Annual Salary: £10,000 - £12,500 per annum DOE
  • Location: Slough
  • Job Type: Part Time (Approx 16 Hrs a Week)

As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Slough office's administrative functions and collaborating with our teams across the UK and Germany.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage the processing and organisation of outgoing and incoming mail.
  • Scan and file company documents, invoices, receipts, and project documents.
  • Maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Order and manage stationery and PR goods supplies.
  • Assist with the maintenance of records, company website, and social media platforms.
  • Process consultant appointment forms and maintain petty cash with accurate trackers.
  • Coordinate business travel, accommodation, and training arrangements.
  • Support the companies participation in events and trade shows.
  • Perform various general office duties as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of office administration experience within the last 5 years.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages; Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A hands-on, flexible approach to work with a willingness to learn and progress.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with a wider team.
  • Organised, efficient, and self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised on specific tasks.
  • A positive contributor to team climate and culture.
