We are seeking a Payroll Senior/Manager on behalf of a highly regarding, growing professional services firm (with a base in Buckinghamshire). You will primarily be looking after a portfolio of key clients of the business, dealing with all payroll related queries and any other ad hoc payroll duties.

Description

Responsibilities - Payroll Senior/Manager

- Review and assistance to more junior team members
- End to end payroll processing (client facing)
- Working with auto enrolment and pension uploads to the pension platform
- Servicing multiple clients to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage imports and exports of new individuals (starters, leavers, salary adjustments and more)
- Processing of all statutory payments (SSP, SMP etc.)
- Submission of reports to HMRC
- Other ad hoc duties as required

Profile

The successful candidate - Payroll Senior/Manager

- Proven, strong track record within a client facing payroll environment
- Sage or IRIS payroll would be highly advantageous
- Strong IT literacy (Excel and other MS Packages)
- Good written and verbal communication
- Commutable distance of Buckinghamshire (Wycombe)

- Salary: Ranging from £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
