HR Systems Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a HRIS Systems Administrator working within a friendly, busy HR team. As the HRIS and Insights Officer, you will be the technical expert and strategic partner for the whole HR team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and maintaining the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, system upgrades, and troubleshooting. You'll work closely with HR colleagues to optimise workflows and improve user experience.
  • Analysing HR data and providing insights that support decision-making, creating and maintaining dashboards, and generating reports on key HR metrics.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes through system enhancements.
  • Ensuring that the HRIS and related systems are user-friendly and meet the needs of employees and managers.
  • Ensuring that the HRIS complies with all relevant data protection regulations and internal policies. You'll manage access controls and audit HRIS activities regularly.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background with HRIS systems along with advanced Excel skills. You will have the ability to analyse complex data sets and identify trends, and be able to present your findings in a clear and engaging way to all employees.

Ideally you will have 3 years of experience in HR with excellent HRIS skills or a related field.
