An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning Management System (LMS) & Qualifications Coordinator to join an established organisation located in Winchester. Working as part of the wider Learning and Development team, the successful candidate will become the 'expert user' of the LMS system and act as key point of contact between the organisation and the provider as well as supporting and training users to navigate the system effectively.
LMS and Qualifications Coordinator duties:
- Set up, manage and configure the LMS to meet the organisations needs
- Create and manage online learning paths and courses.
- Develop content and continue to look at process improvements.
- Build ongoing relationships with key contacts in the firm to provide an advisory and consulting service when required on training requirements
- Train and support users in navigating and utilising the LMS effectively, including managing access and permissions
- Analyse and report on LMS data - including compliance reports
- Maintain the LMS, including regular system checks and troubleshooting technical issues
- Stay updated on LMS industry trends, tools and best practices
- Provide feedback and recommendations for LMS improvements and upgrades
- Support students with tuition bookings, exam entry, and subsequent exam results.
- Liaise with students, study mentors, team leaders and external study suppliers as required.
- Ensure the smooth onboarding of new students into study procedures
- General study administration to include checking of invoices, credit card payments, updating study records and subscription renewal.
- Coordination in relation to apprenticeships as required
Learning Management System and Qualifications Coordinator duties required skills
- Confidence and aptitude to build relationships across the organisation
- Technical aptitude with previous experience of an LMS or HRMS
- Basic HTML knowledge (desirable)
- Knowledge or e-learning standards (SCORM) is desirable
- Competent user of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
