Education Recruitment is a dynamic sales role in which you act as the vital link between Schools and Educators. You will build relationships both on the phone and in person. You will be tasked with sourcing the best Educators for a range of schools and roles, converse with candidates and them thoroughly, before guiding them through the interview process and eventually closing the deal and negotiating contracts.

Like any role, Recruitment has its ups and downs, but the rewards are unrivaled. You will earn uncapped commission on the placements you make, on top of an already competitive basic salary. You will work towards targets and deadlines in a fast paced environment, earning promotions as you do in one of the fastest growing industries in the world.

I started working at Long Term Teachers in 2023 and in just 10 months I have more than doubled my salary and commission, become a senior principal consultant and stepped into a managerial role. It took sear grit, determination and a willingness to learn which got me to this position. The possibilities are endless.

The role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant is fast paced and hard-work. You will challenge yourself daily and push yourself to see how resilient and ambitious you really are. You will meet fantastic people along the way and build long lasting relationships and friendships with the schools and teachers that you have supported.

Package: £25K-£27k Basic Salary + Commission (£40K OTE Year 1, £60K OTE Year 2, £80K + OTE Year 3)
