We are currently recruiting for a Customer solution and sales advisor individual. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.

Handling customer enquiries, addressing any queries, resolving issues and providing an end solution.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Actively reaching out to clients through outbound calls, engaging them to understand their needs, and uncovering sales opportunities.
  • Utilizing a consultative selling approach by evaluating customer needs and booking internal appointments for tailored product demonstrations.
  • Delivering expert guidance and personalised recommendations to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Managing inbound calls efficiently, directing clients to relevant departments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Maximizing revenue through upselling and cross-selling, promoting additional services and solutions that align with client needs.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Accurately updating the internal database with client information while adhering to compliance regulations.
  • Consistently hitting and surpassing sales targets, achieving both individual and team KPIs to drive business growth.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity, keeping client information up-to-date to facilitate efficient sales processes and long-term engagement.
