In the role of a Recruitment Consultant focusing on the industrial sector, matching skilled candidates with rewarding roles in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- To build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the industrial sector.
- To Achieve sales targets in line with company expectation for gross profit per week / month / per annum, generated from individual sales efforts.
- Identify and attract top talent through various recruitment channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best fit for client requirements.
- Generate leads for sales activity from a variety of sources.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Cross sell other divisions/ brands within Gi Group at every opportunity
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, ideally recruitment.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices.
- Hold a valid UK driver's license.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
