Position Overview: Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Conveyancer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in conveyancing, particularly in the area of remortgaging. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient property transactions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the conveyancing process for remortgaging transactions from start to finish
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, and other parties to ensure all documentation and legal requirements are met
  • Conduct thorough property searches and due diligence to identify any potential issues
  • Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the remortgaging process
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in conveyancing, with a focus on remortgaging
  • Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional qualifications in conveyancing or property law are highly desirable
