This organisation are going through an exciting period of growth. They have invested in a brand new state of the art learning facility for the next generation of engineers. The Construction department is undergoing an influx of students looking to train in their newly redeveloped facilities and massive investments being made into industry-standard equipment.

In this role you will work with the next generation of engineers who are in the process of completing their apprenticeship. You will train and assess apprentices in line with set criteria, supporting them through their apprenticeship programmes and monitoring their progression.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, with a level 3 qualification. They will also be willing to work towards a Teaching or Assessing qualification abd be keen to move into a Trainer role.

The role:

  • Working with apprentices who are gaining their Air conditioning & refrigeration qualifications
  • Full training provided
  • Progression to Programme Leader & Head of Department
  • 37 hours per week

The Person:

  • Have knowledge and experience of the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration industry.
  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
  • Willing to work towards teaching/assessing qualifications.
