We're searching for a diligent Claims Project Member to join our customer service team. The successful candidate will work efficiently in processing insurance claims and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Description

  • Processing and settling insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and legal regulations pertaining to debt collection.
  • Monitor and analyse customer accounts to identify outstanding debts.
  • Develop and implement effective recovery strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to the collection team.
  • Working collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals
  • Adhering to company guidelines and industry regulations
  • Reporting to the customer service manager on project progress
  • Identifying potential issues and suggesting appropriate solutions
  • Participating in training and development activities
  • Maintaining accurate records of all claims

A successful Claims Project Member should have:

Job Offer

  • Basic salary of £24,000 to £26,000.
  • 5% discretionary bonus.
  • Monthly completion bonuses of £750.
  • 25 days AL.
  • Hybrid working after proabtions 3 days home, 2 days office.
