Assistant Project Manager

- Salary: £25,000.00 to £29,000.00 plus benefits
Role Overview:
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will work closely with Project Managers to support the successful execution of projects. You will help develop client relationships, ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, comply with health and safety regulations, and seek continuous improvements to enhance performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Learn and efficiently use the call-off system.
- Assist in transforming client briefs into actionable project plans.
- Manage the loading of new projects into the call-off system and oversee equipment requests.
- Gather and coordinate installer survey information and input it into the system.
- Facilitate project progress within the call-off system.
- Develop and maintain a quote tracker, request quotes, and follow up as needed.
- Support the creation of cost plans and order documentation.
- Conduct contract administration duties.
- Assist in project scheduling and phasing.
- Ensure all cost plans, quotes, and documents are accurate and updated regularly.
- Review new project drawings daily and communicate changes to the team.
- Assist in the submission of final accounts and receipting.
Knowledge/Experience Required:
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize the call-off system.
- Experience in fit-out, construction, installations, or shelving systems.
- Retail sector experience is a plus but not essential.
- Strong accountability and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- GCSE or equivalent in construction or retail-related studies.
