My client is an award-winning financial services organisation based in the heart of Liverpool's business quarter and is seeking a professional Commission Complaints Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis.Your new role
- Efficiently record new complaints into our system, ensuring each case is tracked from start to finish.
- Communicate effectively by preparing and sending letters to customers and third-party agents.
- Maintain accurate case trackers and update customer records diligently.
- Collaborate with partners, customers, and team members to collect all necessary information for resolving complaints.
- Identify and report any potential operational risks to the compliance team.
- Show flexibility and step in to support the customer complaints team with administrative tasks as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
- Administration experienced with a strong understanding of MIF's policies, processes and operations
- Exceptional interpersonal communication abilities.
- A systematic approach to managing and tracking your workload.
- Flexibility and a methodical mindset in tackling tasks.
