Your new role
This role involves delivering administrative assistance to the Private Client Department, ensuring a consistently high level of service to maximise business opportunities, and you will collaborate to support all fee earners within the Private Client team. Your responsibilities include handling incoming calls, taking messages, scheduling appointments, and managing team diaries. You will open and manage money laundering and legal files and be responsible for general office duties such as mail duties and other administrative tasks.
