My client who work within the heart of Wrexham are looking for friendly Customer Service professionals to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with the right skill set and passion to join a fantastic team.
Key Details: Customer Advisor
- Monday to Friday - standard office hours.
- Permanent contract.
- Salary ranging from up to £25,000.
Duties and Experience: Customer Advisor
- Dealing with initial queries, remaining customer focussed to find the most suitable conclusion.
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a team. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
- Having a calm, level-headed approach to problem solving with an ability to make decisions that reflect a well thought out process.
- Be confident in your ability to make decisions and provide an appropriate resolution to customer enquiries.
- Engage in contractual matters with exceptional negotiation skills for the retention of our valued customers.
- Must have experience in a similar role, and working in a fast-paced busy environment.
- Strong negotiation, problem solving and diplomacy skills.
- Excellent communicational skills and able to communicate on all levels.
