I am absolutely delighted to work with an evolving, fast paced manufacturing organisation in Gloucester to recruit a People Partner. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor to step into a business partnering role where you will play a key part in the evolution the HR function and continued development of HR contribution and presence on site.
In this role you'll become part of a close-knit HR team, consisting of three HR colleagues. You will report into the Head of People and act as a trusted advisor to the business. This role requires a seasoned HR Professional who would describe him/herself as a generalist with significant employee relations experience who is down-to-earth, resilient, flexible, aimable and above all hands-on. You will need to provide both strategic and operational advice and together with your HR colleagues work on further designing the HR function in the company.
This People Partner position would suit someone who has been operating as an HR advisor for 2-3 years building up a toolkit to support a wide range of employee relations issues and supporting a wide range of stakeholders. A high level of flexibility is required, as your day-to-day activities will vary, joining a small team you'll all have to roll your sleeves up and support each other during busy periods. If you're service oriented, able to multitask, and are keen and able to work autonomously, then this might be a great opportunity for you.
