At this large, Good Academy in Stevenage, we are seeking a number of dedicated Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants and Class teaching Assistants to provide valuable support to students in years 7-10. You will play a crucial role in assisting students' academic and personal development, ensuring an inclusive and enriching learning experience.

Duties:

  • Support students with special educational needs in their learning, both in the classroom and in one-on-one settings
  • Adapt and differentiate materials to meet individual needs and learning styles
  • Assist with personal care and emotional support as required
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
