Working for a pioneering charity providing vital support to a project.
Working within the team you will be supporting the roll out of a new programme and working with the data this creates. You will be taking information supplied by customers from website applications and entering this into internal systems and then verifying the data. Working methodically and logically you will work to ensure all the data is accurate and tasks related to this project are completed within company SLAs. Alongside this you will be providing additional administration support to the team.
To be considered for this role it would be advantageous if you have any administration or data entry experience within the charity or education sector. You should be highly organised, methodical in your approach to work and work with a very high level of attention to detail. You should also be personable and an excellent communicator with a proven ability to work proactively to deliver exceptional results. You should be reliable, committed, have good common sense and be able to work autonomously and as part of a team. You should be highly IT literate and ideally would have used Google sheets or MS Excel at a competent level. This role is initially a temporary role expected to last until Christmas with a possibility to be extended. The role is part time - 20 hours per week, ideally 4 hours per day with the ability to choose the hours you work.
The role requires you to be in the office 2 days per week and work from home 3 days per week.
