They are looking to grow their Residential Property team with a Property Team Assistant! Thethe successful candidate will be joining an expanding firm and working in a flexible, supportive, and encouraging environment!
You will need previous experience within a property adminsitration or conveyancing role.
This role will be working Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm based within the firms modern office in Farnborough. The salary for the Property Team Assistant role is £23,000- £25,000 plus a bonus.
Main responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients via email and the telephone.
- Reviewing searches against records.
- Collaborate with Fee Earners on client files to progress files as smoothly and as quickly as possible.
- Processing or directing initial inquiries.
- Handling post-completion matters, including registrations.
- Creating new matters and issuing client instruction documents.
- Contacting third parties via telephone and/or email at the request of fee-earning lawyers and their assistants.
- Drafting and dispatching documents.
- Creating new matters and issuing client instruction documents.
Skills required:
- Conveyancing experience ideally, but not essential.
- Team player.
- Excellent IT skills
- At least 5 GCSE's grade 9 to 4 including Maths and English
- Great communication skills.
- Able to work top deadlines within a fast paced environment.
