Overall involved/responsible for:
- Operational cycle from start to finish.
- Arrange shipments as per customer instructions following customer SOP/Quotation.
- Manage shared mailbox.
- Liaise with airlines and handling agents.
- Complete the MAWB's-IATA, B2B and consolidations.
- Pre alert the customer and network.
- Complete custom entries in accordance to compliance of HMRC.
- Customer care; dealing with queries and problem solving.
- Updating customers with the status of their shipments.
- Costing and invoicing.
Requirements & additional info:
- Minimum 2 years of Airfreight Exports or Imports.
- Flexible and adaptable approach. Team Player.
- Airfreight customs.
- Excellent ICT skills to include Microsoft packages.
- Cargowise use.
- Customer focused at all times.
- Attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm and good self-motivation.
