Main duties-
Answering the phone
Making appointments
General admin duties to include scanning, answering emails
Busy general practice with 6000 + patients
Skills required-
Good telephone manner
Polite with empathy
Able to work on own initiative
Confident team player
Must have Previous NHS experience and able to use System 1
