We are seeking a highly organised individual with expertise in school administration and proficiency in using the School Information Management System (SIMS).

Job Description:

As the School Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our school's administrative operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the school office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily administrative functions and managing the office team
  • Maintaining and updating student records using SIMS
  • Coordinating school communications, including emails, newsletters, and notices
  • Handling enquiries from parents, students, and staff with professionalism and courtesy
  • Managing school attendance records and reporting
  • Organising and supporting school events and meetings
  • Ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures
  • Managing office supplies and resources
  • Supporting the Headteacher and senior leadership team with administrative tasks
  • Supervising the administration of school admissions and enrolment processes
