HR Advisor - Bolton - up to £34,000pa

H9 Human Resources are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Advisor to enhance our fantastic client's HR services and support their dynamic team.

Some of the responsibilities are but not limited too:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR and college managers to provide effective HR services.
  • Manage recruitment processes and advise on HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and systems.
  • Prepare contracts, payroll amendments, and pension forms.
  • Develop and deliver HR training sessions.
  • Advise on disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Guide on maternity, paternity, parental, and annual leave processes.
  • Support managers with attendance and sickness policies.
  • Provide HR statistical data and reports.
  • Engage with trade unions and contribute to HR policy development.

Requirements:

  • Proven HR experience
  • Knowledge of HR policies and employment legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • CIPD qualification (preferred)
  • Experience in Secondary Education is advantageous

This is a true generalist role with a competitive salary of up to £34,000 per annum.
