Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday (40 Hours)
The Role:
The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will be required to ensure the operation and condition of all site assets are maintained according to the requirements of the client.
The Role:
- Working on Pressurisation units, Expansion Vessels, Pumps and motors, SRV's, PRV's
- Commercial PPM reactive maintenance under contractual SLA
- HVAC Plant PPMs
- Ensuring compliance is carried out with health and safety regulations, risk assessments, COSHH etc.
- To undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk with relevant SLA's
- To ensure that equipment operates to a specified performance criteria
- To evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out.
- To take pro-active approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary.
- To be fully aware of contractual requirements and customer needs at all times
- To provide asset information updates as part of PPM process
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Heat/Plumbing Plant
- General Plumbing experience essential
- Experienced in customer service with good communication skills and eager to learn.
Qualifications Required Minimum:
- Level 2/3 Diploma Plumbing and Heating
- Level 2/3 Installing and Maintaining Domestic systems
