Our client, a reputable facilities management company, specialises in providing top-notch services to corporate clients. With a large team of dedicated staff across the UK, they are committed to excellence and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
?? The Role:
- Supporting with daily administrative tasks alongside your team
- Providing 5* service to clients in the office, offering assistance where needed
- Work closely with the Facilities Manager and Senior team, to ensure the smooth running of the office and building
- Dealing with contractors on a daily basis
- Completing floor walks
- Ensuring all office facilities are kept to a high standard
- Provide support with meeting rooms and moving equipment
- Managing cleaning services and maintenance
?? About you
- Previous experience in a similar facilities role is a must (ideally from a professional services background)
- A forward-thinking and proactive mindset, with a positive and enthusiastic approach to work
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
- IT skills - MS 365
- Someone who is reliable, dependable and trustworthy
