You will work with the Service Delivery Manager to focus in the continuous improvement of the IT service. This will include updating, maintaining and implementing new policies, procedures and processes using ITIL.

Description

Key responsibilities include;

  • Improve the user experience and customer satisfaction.
  • Increase end-user productivity, ensuring that users have the best tools that are fit for purpose and fit for use.
  • Have input into Service Design Packages and testing to assure user socialisation and support readiness for any projects, new service introduction (testing, training, documentation, support structure)
  • Maintain already established policies and procedures to ensure that the user community and IT internally has access to the latest agreed support processes and ways of working
  • Lead and assign service improvement activities via the agreed continual service improvement process, and maintain the service improvement register.
  • Maintain Applications Portfolio ensuring all records are up to date with the latest information.

Profile

The successful candidate will have;

  • ITIL certification V4 (or V3)
  • Experience in documenting and maintaining end-to-end IT processes.
  • Proven hands-on experience of managing IT service improvement initiatives and processes across a broad selection of IT areas.
  • ITIL Intermediate Certificate in IT Continual Service Improvement (or equivalent).
