Due to the continued success and growth of the firm's client base, we are seeking a Residential Property Fee Earner to join its thriving conveyancing department in Uppermill, Saddleworth. Role Overview:
This position is ideal for a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Senior Conveyancer with around three years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE). You will be responsible for managing a busy and varied caseload of residential property transactions, including purchases, sales, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and land matters involving both freehold and leasehold titles for registered and unregistered properties.
Key Responsibilities:

Caseload Management

Manage your own caseload of residential property files, handling transactions from inception to completion

Work independently and as part of a team to ensure cases are managed efficiently and effectively

Client Relationships

Build and nurture relationships with clients and internal/external contacts

Take instructions on new enquiries, provide expert advice, and maintain strong client connections

Document Preparation
-
Prepare contracts, correspondence, and legal documents using Case Management systems

Use initiative to ensure all documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner
Ideal Candidate:

Qualifications – A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Senior Conveyancer with a strong academic record

Experience

Proven track record of handling a busy residential property caseload independently

Experience across a variety of transactions, including purchases, sales, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
