Registered Care Manager North London - Salary to £45000 depending on Experience
The Role:
We are currently looking to recruit Registered Care Manager to join our team the in North London area.
As the Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for 2 premises, providing Support living and Residential Service. A relevant Health or Social Care Management Qualification with good literacy, numeracy, report writing, administrative and organisational skills required.
Experience and Skills: Registered Care Manager
- Good understanding of Social Care and Accommodation Services.
- Inspire the team of dedicated care professionals
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance.
- Ensure all residents have a dynamic support plan which involves the person and their safety
- Ability to support people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs
- Provide the delivery of high-quality, care services.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
- Calm, confident manner and a flexible approach
