Job title: Credit Controller

Salary and package: £26,000 - 28,000 basic salary, 25 day's annual leave + birthday off, 2 days WFH (Wednesday mandatory in office), healthcare cash back scheme, pension, awards incentive trips (Marbella/ Mykonos), annual awards night, regular training and development and support with ongoing training.

Job role:

  • Based in the HQ of a busy national staffing and sales business you'll be working across a portfolio of different brands within the group providing credit control services.
  • High volume invoice management, ensuring credit policies are adhered to.
  • Managing collections, proactively following up on overdue accounts via phone, email and letter to ensure secure timely payment.
  • Investigating and resolving customer disputes regarding invoices and payments.
  • Maintaining records of all payments received, credit transactions and outstanding debts.
  • Working collaboratively with the sales and wider finance teams.

Required Experience:

  • At least 1 year experience working in a Credit Control role.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Working and pattern: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm, 2 working from home days per week, all staff are in HQ on a Wednesday. 25 days annual leave plus birthday off and bank holidays.
