This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is a People Partner

HR Generalist

working within a pleasurable, engaging and liberal public sector organisation. This role will be based in Cambridge shire offering Hybrid/agile working, However travel is essential to other sites across Cambridge shire you would require a Full Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.

HR Background - CIPD level 5 desirable not essential

At least 2 years experience in a Policy and Procedures role

Main Key Responsibilities

  • Must have a CIPD qualification at Level 5 or actively working towards, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience of working in HR on policy and initiatives, and understanding of good practice in relation to both areas.
  • A natural ability to be able to coach, advise and support managers at all levels with their understanding of policy and the people group initiatives.
  • Experience of working with internal and external stakeholders to develop policies and deliver initiatives.
