Finance Business Partner
- Annual Salary: £45k - £50k plus car allowance

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Controller or Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic team within the security sector. This role involves working closely with the Group CFO and Managing Director, contributing to the strategic financial planning and analysis for the business.
Day to Day of the role:
- Collaborate closely with the MD to develop financial models and perform in-depth analysis.
- Engage in strategic financial planning alongside the MD to drive the businesses financial goals.
- Take charge of the businesses quarterly forecasting and budgeting processes,
- Manage the preparation and detailed analysis of the businesses monthly financial reports, providing insights and identifying trends.
- Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring the integrity of financial statements, and take full responsibility for the profit and loss (P&L) as well as the balance sheet.
- Integrate and uphold the Group's financial procedures and controls within the business, promoting consistency and compliance across the organisation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ACA/CIMA Qualified Accountant preferred, will consider QBE
- Advanced IT skills, especially in Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to show initiative in difficult situations and solve problems.
- A strong communicator with an ability to influence at all levels, including at Board level.
