The role will see you handling a fulfilling caseload of defendant clinical negligence work acting for a variety of clients, which may include work for NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, MDU, independent providers, and medical malpractice insurers.
Ideally, the firm is looking for a candidate within 0 – 5 years' PQE and is considering candidates from a clinical negligence, personal injury and litigation backgrounds.
Experience of an NHS Resolution or MDO panel firm would be desirable, but it is not essential.
