As a SENCO, you will:
- Lead the provision for special educational needs within the school.
- Coordinate and manage the support staff team.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to support students with SEN.
- Liaise with parents, teachers, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for all students.
- Monitor and review the progress of students with SEN and adjust interventions as necessary.
Entry Requirements:
- NASENCO qualification or experience working as a SENCO.
- Enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply for one.
