Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Speaking with clients over the phone to recover aged and current debt
- Follow up on deadlines with clients for payments and take further action where required
- Working alongside third party debt management companies for long standing aged debt
- Work with management to agree to write off or settle debt
- Dealing with any invoice queries that arise
- Assist with processes and refining them
- Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
Profile
Successful candidate will possess:
- Worked in a similar background before
- Computer literate
- Organised
- Ability to deal with difficulties situation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Offer
Salary up to £26000 per annum + 22 days holiday (banks on top) with additional to buy 5 more + free on site parking + pension + private healthcare.
