This is an exciting and new opportunity to join an expanding company who are seeking an experience Business Support Administrator.

As a Business Support Administrator, you will have a min of 3 years previous experience working in an office administration position providing a highly level of business support to the office and support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organisation and communication.

Business Support Administrator, you will be working in a fast-paced business, with the ability to multi-task, this includes, all administration duties, answering the phone, placing orders, using a CRM system, assisting in finance, product ordering, assisting on projects, communication with customers and attending project meetings

Candidate

  • Have a competent level of MS Office and of used a CRM system
  • Highly organised, good attention to detail and prioritise your workload
  • Ability to undertake a range of administrative procedures and produce accurate work
  • Confident communicating at all levels and be a good team player
  • Have a proficient level of numeracy

Duties

  • You will give general business support to the to the managers and team
  • Taking telephone calls and resolving queries or directing them forward to the relevant department as appropriate.
  • Meet, greet, and assist visitors
  • Maintain office supplies by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies including placing and expediting orders.
  • Accept and dispatch deliveries at the office. receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Take shared responsibility for answering incoming emails to the administration inbox from various departments, resolve or forward to the appropriate person
  • Raise purchase orders against requests for equipment etc, from all other departments, including direct sourcing using company credit card
  • Take receipt of orders from sales, creating new project cases via the CRM platform including the creation of comprehensive notes regarding the customer requirements
  • Liaise with the engineering manager to ensure effective management of each new and continuing project
  • Support the manager on inputting data into the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform
  • Coordinate any faulty equipment, both within the office and from customer sites and undertake regular audits of returned equipment
  • Assist with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of a new billing platform
