Trade Counter/Administrator
£25,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependant on experience
45 hours per week

I am pleased to have partnered with a successful business based in Wolverhampton, due to a period of growth, a permanent position has become available to join them as a trade counter assistant with elements of customer service and administration duties involved.
You will be expected to engage with customers face to face and over the phone, successful candidates will hold a driving licence.
This independently owned business has been serving the community for over two decades, and they are now seeking experienced Customer Service professionals who exhibit enthusiasm and dedication. Comprehensive training will be provided for this role, promising a path to a fulfilling long-term career.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serving customers on the trade counter
- Building relationships with new and existing customers encouraging repeat business
- Raising contracts, collections and exchanges
- Upselling additional items
- Processing orders
- Collaborating with sales and customer service
Person specification:
- Previous trade counter experience would be highly beneficial
- Must have previous experience in customer service
- Manufacturing/Construction/Engineering industry experience is beneficial
- Driving licence
- Willingness to learn
