This is a role focussed on GROWTH, we need a proven sales manager who can look at accounts and customer base and IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES for GROWTH. You will need to support and develop your telephone-based sales team of 5.

The Role:
- You will manage, support & develop the Sales Account managers & Business Development Team
- Plan and hit the given Group Sales targets
- You will be accountable for the Sales Executive(s) to ensure they achieve/maintain set targets & Key Performance Indicators.
- You will be responsible for managing, training, developing & motivating the Sales Team
- You will provide weekly reports/forecast of the Team's pipeline to Senior Management
We're looking for:
- Experience in a similar B2B environment, managing a telephone-based sales team
- Strategic growth approach - not just a KPI head teacher.
- Hands on, resilient leader, lead from the front
- Experience in recruiting and training Sales Executives
- Fluent and experienced in CRM's
- Experience of reporting and forecasting sales figures
- Confident and forward-thinking sales approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivational and inspiring leader
- You will be able to attend the office in Petersfield 2/3 days per week
