Starting out on days, you'll have the opportunity to refine your skills, prove your expertise, and make sure you're up to standard before moving to the night shift.
Core Responsibilities:
- Decipher Engineering Drawings If you know your way around technical drawings, we want to hear from you!
- Precision Marking & Measuring Bring designs to life by cutting, shaping, and drilling with exact accuracy.
- Machine Operations Hands-on with tools to shape components.
- Assembly & Crane Handling Not just welding; you'll ensure everything fits and is assembled precisely.
- TIG, MIG, and STICK Welding Show off your welding skills in a supportive environment.
- Take Initiative Own each task and look ahead to ensure quality.
- Shopfloor Duties Join a team that appreciates reliability and a good work ethic.
Your Working Hours
Start on the Day Shift to get settled in:
Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
Friday: 7:00am - 12:00pm
With ample overtime opportunities for those who want to boost their earnings.
Move to the Night Shift once you're up to speed:
Monday to Thursday: 5:30pm - 5:00am
This gives you the chance to find your footing during the day and then transition to nights, with your skills recognised at every step.
