Daily Rate- £85- £100 | Days- Monday to Friday**| Hours-** 8:30am to 3:30pm
Contract: Temp to Perm

Are you looking for a rewarding active role supporting children with SEN & SEMH?
LTF Recruitment are searching for patient and calm Behaviour Mentor to join our welcoming three form entry Junior School in Northfield. The role would be supporting children in year four with SEN & challenging behaviour, SEMH needs on aa 1:1 basis. The role is offered on a long-term basis with the potential to become permanent for successful candidate.
The Ideal candidate:
- Level 2 or 3 qualified and/or a minimum of 12 months' experience in an educational establishment.
- Experience supporting pupils with SEN
- Strong Behaviour Management Skills
- Knowledge of the UK Key Stage Two primary curriculum.
- A calm, patient, and caring persona.
- A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines.
