Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of commercial package insurance policies and products.
- Proactively generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide suitable insurance solutions to prospective clients.
- Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing client relationships.
- Collaborate closely with underwriters, claims teams, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in insurance sales and package
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- A valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one (training and support will be provided).
