Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of commercial package insurance policies and products.
  • Proactively generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide suitable insurance solutions to prospective clients.
  • Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing client relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with underwriters, claims teams, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in insurance sales and package
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • A valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one (training and support will be provided).
