Job Description:
We are looking for Teaching Assistants who are comfortable handling challenging behavior in KS2 settings. Due to varying vacancies, year group assignments cannot be guaranteed at this time.
Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in managing classroom behavior and providing targeted assistance to students.
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to support their learning needs.
- Assist with planning and implementing learning activities.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children, particularly in challenging behavior settings.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in education.
- Strong communication and behavioral management skills.
