My client are a high end residential developer, they operate in in Prime Central London locations they are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to join a Shared Ownership development in Ealing
Essential Experience:
- Property new build sales experience
- A proven sale track record
Day to day duties:
- Being the main point of contact for the development dealing with customers enquiry's
- Selling from the portfolio of the properties on the development
- Conducting viewings and showing the customer the whole experience of the development
- Ensuring good house keeping in the sales and marketing suite
- Qualifying the customer to ensure they are eligible for the Shared Ownership Scheme
- Negotiating offers with the assistance of the sales management team
- Dealing with the customer through the whole of the sales process
- Hosting events
