Key Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant is essential.
- Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children in Early Years.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
- Maintains a positive and flexible attitude when working with children with diverse needs.
- Holds a Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care (Early Years Educator) or equivalent and has good knowledge and understanding of the current National Curriculum.
