We are looking for a senior Account Manager to join an incredibly innovative marketing agency who work within a niche sector. They are a friendly, vibrant team and the owners are generous to offer 3 days working from home! International travel is also on the cards, as the company have a global office and host various events. Looking after 28 clients, we would expect the candidate to be excellent at customer service and delegation to the marketing team. This is a wonderful job and would suit someone who understands project management, customer satisfaction and team work!

Responsibilities
Account manage around 28 customers
Listen to customer needs and check in once a month
Strategically delegate tasks to appropriate teams
Always keep the customer up to date, provide advice & reports
Travel to various customers in the UK and internationally
Attend inspiring events worldwide
Package up marketing proposals
Various internal training and promotions
Coach customers

Package
Salary 34,000 to 40,000 depending on experience

Work from home 3 days a week (Tues / Thurs office based)
